Peter Dunai
Chairman since May 2010, formerly Non Executive Director since May 2000. Founder of IRESS Market Technology.
Peter is a founding shareholder in IRESS and served as Managing Director until October 2009. He then served as a Non-executive Director until being appointed Chairman of the Board in May 2010. Peter has worked in the securities industry since 1984, and his experience spans a wide range of areas including sharebroker systems (front and back office), risk management, derivatives systems and derivatives trading, portfolio systems and financial modelling.

Andrew Walsh
Executive Director since October 2009
Andrew took the role of Managing Director in October 2009, after having spent seven years as General Manager of the IRESS Wealth Management division. He was the founding member of XPLAN Technology, acquired by IRESS Market Technology in March 2003. Andrew also has extensive prior experience in the financial planning and actuarial industries.

Jenny Seabrook
Lead Independent Director since August 2010, formerly Non-executive Director since 2008
Jenny has practised as an investment banker, capital markets adviser and chartered accountant for over thirty years. She is Non-executive Director of Australian Postal Corporation, Bank of Western Australia Ltd, Iluka Resources Limited, and M. G. Kallis Holdings Pty Limited. Jenny is also a member of the Federal Government's Takeovers Panel, FINSIA Corporate Finance Advisory Group (previously known as the Markets Policy Group) and ASIC External Advisory Group.

John Cameron
Non-Executive Director since March 2010
John has more than twenty years’ experience in developing financial software and consulting. He has designed and developed information systems for major financial institutions throughout the UK, France, USA, and Australia. In 1997 John established the leading global FIX engine solution, Cameron Systems, which was acquired by Orc Software in 2006. John left Orc in 2009 to form Cameron Edge.

John Hayes
Non-Executive Director since June 2011, Chairman of the Audit Committee
John has over forty years' broad experience in Australian financial markets. He was Chief Financial Officer of ASX Limited for more than eight years, during which time he was responsible for facilitating the merger with the SFE. He was also responsible for the Legal and Administrative Services within ASX. John's prior roles include Vice-President of Banking and Financial Services Research with Bankers Trust Australia Limited, and Chief Financial Officer of Advance Bank Australia Limited.
