Please download the Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Backward Compatibility Components (X86 Package) from this page.
If you install SQL Express 2005, Microsoft SQL Server Backward Compatibility pack will need to be installed on the server for MSDE Manager to function correctly. If you intend to run VisiTrustedNetwork (VTN) datafeeds from a VisiPlan workstation, you must also install this file on the workstation.
