Installation Instructions

1. Download and read the VisiPlan Upgrade Guide before proceeding with your VisiPlan upgrade.
2. Download and install the VisiPlan Preinstall Check Tool.
3. Run the VisiPlan Preinstall Check Tool on the server.
4. Contact VisPlan helpdesk for installation file.

VisiPlan Version 7

Installation Instructions

1. Download and read the VisiPlan Backup Guide before installing your VisiPlan upgrade.
2. Back up your database.
3. Download the file named "vupgrade.exe" and save it locally on your C:\ drive.
4. Download and read the VisiPlan Upgrade Guide before installing your VisiPlan Upgrade.
5. Make sure all users have exited VisiPlan.
6. Follow the instructions in the VisiPlan Upgrade Guide.

Please Note

If you are downloading VisiPlan 7.9.4 you will need to apply the latest Legislative Update (8th July 2009). You can download the update here.

Windows Vista Support

Windows Vista and Microsoft Office 2007 are supported from VisiPlan 7.6 and above

Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 is supported from VisiPlan 7.4 and above.
