FEW, founded by industry veteran Judith Beck, was developed to provide a structured Career Advocacy Program, along with day to day support, for women within Financial Services to ensure members have all the support they need to progress forward in their career.
FEW members obtain experience, guidance and support from more experienced members to help them achieve their full potential.
Twenty of our female leaders, from disciplines across our business including Account Management, Client Service, Product and Technology, were inducted as members in recognition of their talent and career focus.
