Following the news earlier this year that Synaptic are to retire their Client Care Desktop software, CCD users have understandably been left with a few headaches. However, Mark Loosmore, Executive General Manager for Wealth at Iress has positive news for those firms reviewing their options.
“We are delighted to welcome the CCD user firms that have chosen to move to Xplan since the Synaptic announcement, and we are looking forward to working with them to improve the efficiency of their business processes and show them real tangible benefits,” says Loosmore.
Julia Wood, Senior Client Services Administrator from Midland Financial Advisers said,“Out of the four propositions we considered as an alternative to Client Care Desktop, Xplan stood out as being the most suited to our needs. The system looked very user friendly with a lot of great functionality. Having had a positive experience with other Iress products in the past, it was the obvious choice”.
We are confident that what Xplan will allow new users to achieve, along with the support we can give them along the way, will turn the headaches into an exciting new partnership.
Xplan is unrivalled in the range of functionality it can offer, and also contains an extensive set of APIs which easily allows third party providers to directly access and integrate with Iress software. Xplan also includes a well designed and secure Client Portal, which is being adopted by existing clients at a rapid rate.
Xplan was voted ‘Best back office system’ at the 2019 Professional Paraplanner Awards. For more information or a no obligation demo please click here.
