By bringing all of Nationwide's mortgage channels under one common platform, we significantly improved their efficiency and customer experience.

Following the implementation, Nationwide reported some impressive measurable results:

  • Automated processes reduced the cost of selling a mortgage by up to 40%
  • New business volumes increased from £40m to £120m per day
  • The amount of data customers needed to enter reduced by half
  • 182 manual processes were removed
