This industry survey, now in its fourth year, tracks the developments in the mortgage industry over the past 12 months. It enables lenders to benchmark their mortgage sales and originations systems and processes against the mortgage market as a whole, their peers and the sector they operate in across a variety of key performance indicators.
The survey report provides insight into the mortgage market a year and a half on from the Mortgage Market Review (MMR), looking at how the regulatory changes have impacted the industry. This year the survey includes 14 lenders from across the lending spectrum, from high street banks and mutuals to small regional building societies and challenger banks. A core group of participants have been in the survey for all four years, providing a consistent benchmark measurement.
