IRESS training is evolving to be more tailored to our clients' specific needs and help users get even more out of the software they use.
From September, we're introducing a range of new topics and shorter formats that are easier to fit into your working day. The series will cover XPLAN, CommPay, PWM, XPLAN Mortgage and now Pulse.
The first sessions will include:
XPLAN and COMMPAY
We know that time is precious so the majority of the webinars will last no longer than 30 minutes each, with the occasional session of no more than 60 minutes for the areas more rich in functionality. It means these valuable sessions can be slotted into the day, while keeping the viewer's concentration.
Commenting on the new approach, training manager Sarah Atkinson said: "We've been listening to our users and have made these changes so that our online training adds real depth and insights into what our solutions can do. We're really keen to build training webinars around a client example or scenario, so that users can relate to them, so we'd love to hear from users on the subjects and topics they'd like to see covered."
