We’ve been shortlisted for Financial Adviser’s inaugural Diversity in Finance Awards.

We’re excited and proud to be shortlisted for Financial Adviser's inaugural UK Diversity in Finance Awards in the Diversity & Inclusion Initiative of the Year category.

We have been shortlisted in recognition of our starting school leave benefit which is available globally and is designed to support all parents who have a child starting primary school. The benefit provides up to eight and a half additional paid days off work during a child’s first school term.

Financial Adviser’s Diversity in Finance Awards have been created to celebrate individuals and companies who are proven to be taking active steps towards a more inclusive, diverse and fair industry. They aim to give companies an opportunity to show how embracing diversity and inclusion can lead to increased innovation, improved business performance and better opportunities for all.

Julia McNeill, Group Executive of People, said: “We want to ensure IRESS is an inclusive workplace where people feel supported to be their best both at work and at home. Children starting primary school is an important milestone for any family and we wanted to make the transition easier for the parents that work at IRESS. The award winners will be announced on Wednesday, 3 July at a ceremony at the FT’s new Head Office in London.
