Our people are being offered the chance to join a range of daily training sessions to develop knowledge this week as part of a national initiative to encourage a culture of learning in the workplace.

‘Learning At Work Week’ is an annual event, run by the National Campaign for Learning. This year's theme is ‘Shaping the Future’ and we're getting involved because it's a great way to highlight the different ways in which we all can learn new skills and continuously develop our knowledge.

Julia McNeill, group executive of people @IRESS says: “Learning comes in all shapes and sizes. We offer a flexible programme of growth activities throughout the year, but the aim of Learning at Work Week is to highlight and get people thinking about all the opportunities that exist in the workplace - and to take advantage of them!

We are focused as a business on making IRESS a great place to work. We want to sustain a culture where growth is seen as part of everyday life and where we all have the opportunity to shape and live the careers we want, enabled through a range of flexible learning opportunities.”

Learning at Work Week runs from 13-19 May 2019.
