The awards are determined by anonymous feedback surveys, submitted by apprentices and school leavers, aiming to recognise and celebrate the top employers and training providers for school and college leavers on apprenticeship programmes.
Our apprenticeship scheme, now in its sixth year, offers a 12 month programme of on-the-job learning and development, as well as a guaranteed permanent position.
Hayley Scott, our Global Head of Talent Acquisition said: “It’s great news and I’m absolutely delighted.
We are really proud of our mentoring and buddy initiatives, which strive to create an inclusive and positive entry into work. And we love to see the strong community that apprentices form amongst themselves.
Whatever the result of the awards, we’ll continue to have a stream of apprentices as they are a fantastic and rewarding way to help us grow a talented and engaged workforce.”
