The prize draw [“Prize Draw”] is open to all participants except employees of Iress [the “Promoter”], their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
The Prize Draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary. In order to enter, you must send your name, address and a line about what you love about financial services to upfront@iress.com by 30.11.22.
The Promoter reserves the right to disallow any entries it (in its absolute discretion) deems invalid.
The closing date for entries is 23:59 on 30.11.22. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
Ten winners will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process or supervised by an independent person on 03.12.22 [“Draw Date”]
Each winner will receive a hardcover copy of Non-Obvious Megatrends [the “Prize”].
The winners will be notified by email using the details they provided in their entry by 10 November 2022 and must provide a postal address to claim the Prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 30 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
The Promoter will endeavour to send the Prize to the winner by post within 30 days of being notified of their win.
The Prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
The Promoter will send the details of the Prize winners reasonably necessary for the purposes of verifying that the Prize Draw was properly conducted. This information can be requested by emailing upfront@iress.com within one month after the Draw Date stated in clause 5 above. If you object to any of your personal data being published or made available, please contact the Promoter Iress FS Ltd, Honeybourne Way, Jessop Avenue, Cheltenham, GL50 3SH. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.
Personal data supplied during the course of this Prize Draw will be processed as set out in the Promoter’s privacy notice. Your attention is specifically drawn to clause 10 above, which sets out the circumstances in which Iress may disclose your personal data.
The Prize Draw will be governed by English law .
