We’re absolutely thrilled to announce our apprenticeship programme for 2020 is open and we’re on the hunt for eight aspiring software engineers to join our scheme.

Despite what's going on in the world, we're still recruiting and still need people on board who can share, and live, our love of technology.

Our apprenticeship programme launched seven years ago, and this intake will combine on the job training with a bunch of experienced and supportive technologists at Iress and classroom learning with a team of skilled tutors at Gloucestershire College

It’s our mission to provide all the support people need to have a great career.

Cath Birch
Organisational development consultant

`’With all that’s been happening in the world over the past few months it’s lovely to share this brilliant news about ongoing recruitment with the local community,” our organisational development consultant, Cath Birch told us.

“Ours is a pretty unique selection process as what we are looking for most importantly is a passion and interest in technology and software development. The rest we can teach. What is essential though is a thirst for knowledge and heaps of enthusiasm. Then it’s our mission to provide all the support people need to have a great career.”

Anybody who thinks they fit the bill will need a minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths, English and a technology subject to apply. The eight engineers will join our brand new state of the art offices in Cheltenham in October.
