Financial technology company Iress is bringing together the mortgage industry’s leading minds to explore how connectivity and AI can transform the mortgage process.
Hosted in London this Wednesday, 25 March, the Iress Mortgage Forum aims to foster collaboration, spark innovation and reimagine a more connected, client-focused future. Delegates, including brokers, lenders and industry experts, will discuss how to adapt to market demands, future-proof their businesses, and co-create solutions that improve outcomes for advisers and clients.
Through collaborative breakout sessions, attendees will explore key challenges, including reducing bottlenecks in mortgage applications and building a seamless, connected end-to-end mortgage ecosystem. The forum will also examine the future of AI in the sector, considering what the mortgage journey might look like in 5-10 years with AI-driven solutions and what a successful approach could entail.
Iress’ Head of Product for UK Sourcing, Jacqui Durbin, said: “This event showcases the progress we’ve made against our client-driven roadmap, while also bringing our partners and clients together to shape the future of mortgages. Through collaboration, we can identify the right tools, streamline processes and co-create better experiences for advisers and their clients. Recent market volatility has reinforced the critical role of technology in supporting lenders, brokers and ultimately consumers, making this event especially timely.”
The forum will feature interactive sessions, live discussions and networking opportunities, enabling industry leaders to exchange ideas and inspire innovation.
This is Iress’ second Mortgage forum and part of its year-round series of client-collaboration events, which also cover Protection and Retirement. Past forums have directly influenced innovations in Iress’ sourcing software, The Exchange and Xplan Mortgage, including the two-way CIExpert integration and the recently-launched Automatic Medical Evidence Limits Indicator.
