Opportunities for Australian graduates

Our Australian graduate programs are designed for both unskilled and skilled candidates, providing an opportunity to gain workplace experience and build their skills and knowledge in a corporate environment.

Our Australian Graduate program is a 1-year program that commences in February of every year. Recruiting graduates to join teams across the business is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to all areas of Iress, with a holistic approach to developing your knowledge and skills as well as your future career development.

You will receive technical and work readiness training and engage directly with our inspiring people leaders. You will also have access to mentorship opportunities as well as peer-to-peer development programs and workshops through a mixture of virtual and face-to-face interactions.

Our digital job internship offers a 12-week internship in the areas of Product, Technology, Marketing and Communications. In this program for experienced workers (with foundation or intermediate skill levels), you'll be provided hands-on training in high-demand digital skill sets including data analytics, cloud computing, web development, digital marketing, and IT operations and support.

Our Holberton Work Study Integration (WSI) Program places candidates sourced by Holberton through a 15-month program integrating work and study. You will have the opportunity to work with experienced employees, learn job-specific skills and receive ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring.

Opportunities for South African graduates

The South African Graduate program is a 12-month program that provides unemployed graduates who have completed their qualifications the opportunity to gain workplace experience and build their skills and knowledge in a corporate environment.

The program starts in January each year and ends in December. Graduates get exposure to work-readiness training, technical courses, mentorship, and a graduate community to assist them in developing their careers. Areas of focus for our program include Engineering and Product Support Analysts. The program is designed to challenge and grow our graduates in their careers.

Opportunities for apprenticeships in the UK

The Apprenticeship Scheme is an important element of our talent attraction program in that it ensures we get the knowledge, skills, and behaviours we're looking for while growing a talented and engaged workforce. The opportunity to upskill via an Apprenticeship is also available to internal employees.

Apprenticeships are for people aged 16 and over and combine on-the-job training with additional studies to gain skills and knowledge in a job role. To ensure our Apprentices have a great experience, they get support and guidance from their people leader, an internal apprenticeship community as well as a Skills Coach from the Apprenticeship training provider.

The programs we offer typically last 18 months with some lasting up to 2 years depending on the area of expertise the apprentice is studying. Areas of focus include Engineering, Information Security, Workplace Technicians, and Market Data. There is no fixed start date and our apprentices join throughout the year.
