Holiday opening hours
We’ll be taking a little break over the festive season, but a few of us will be here to keep the magic alive. See below for our opening hours and ways to get in touch.

Our support desk will be operating under adjusted hours over the holiday period. We will be closed on 25 December and 1 January. On 24 December we will close early at 2:00pm EST, and on 26 December we will operate from 7:30am–4:30pm. For all other working days, we'll be open as normal:

The Iress South Africa Service Desk will remain fully operational throughout the festive season, with closures only on designated South African public holidays.
Public Holidays in South Africa:
Our teams will be available during normal office hours between Christmas and New Year. It’s business as usual via the client portal, though response times may be slightly delayed. For urgent matters, clients can continue to contact our support desk by phone.

Trading and Market Data Clients
Please note that the JSE Markets will not be open for trading on the public holidays listed above. Additionally, all JSE markets will close at 1:00 PM on 24 and 31 December 2025.

Our training team will take a short break for the holidays from 24 December. We’ll return on 2 January with our usual business hours.
Registration for the Iress Learning Centre via Xplan will continue to be available. If you need access during the holidays, please get your registration requests in before Tuesday 24 December. Otherwise, requests and training queries will be responded to in the new year.
