Existing eligible Xplan Mortgage customers and approved participants in the referral programme can refer a mortgage broker. Eligibility will be confirmed in the full offer terms.

The reward will be applied once the referred broker has signed up, activated their eligible licence and met the agreed qualifying criteria. The final timing will be confirmed in the offer terms.

A maximum number of successful referrals may apply during the campaign period. See the full terms for details.

This offer may not be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise in the full terms.

The offer is intended for new, eligible Xplan customers. Existing customers, current opportunities and duplicate referrals may be excluded.

• The referral offer is open to existing Xplan Mortgage (XPM) customers who introduce a new customer to XPM.
• The referred business must be a new XPM customer and must not currently hold an Xplan Mortgage or Trigold licence.
• The referral must be made before the new customer enters into a licence agreement with Iress.
• Referrals relating to Trigold migrations or existing Trigold customers moving to XPM are excluded from the offer.
• To qualify, the referred customer must sign up to a paid XPM licence.
• Once the referral qualifies, both the existing customer and the new customer will receive two months free based on the full-price licence they have signed up to.
• The free months apply to the licence fee only and exclude any additional services, products, usage charges or third-party costs.
• Only one referral reward can be claimed for each new customer.
• Iress reserves the right to verify referrals and eligibility and to amend or withdraw the offer at any time.
• This offer is valid until 31.12.2026.
