Andrew Russell
Group CEO & Managing Director
Andrew joined Iress as Group CEO and Managing Director in November 2025, bringing with him extensive international experience in financial services and technology. He most recently served as CEO of Bravura Solutions, where he delivered a successful reset that returned the global platform provider to profitability and positioned it for long-term growth. Previously, he was CEO and Managing Director of Class Limited, where he reimagined the business, executed strategic acquisitions, and oversaw its premium 2022 sale to HUB24 Limited. Earlier in his career, he was the founding Executive General Manager of REA Group’s financial services arm and held senior leadership roles at Mortgage Choice Limited and Virgin Money Australia.
Geoff Rogers
CEO, Trading & Market Data
Geoff leads Iress' trading and market data business. He has held a number of senior leadership roles at Iress since joining in 2022, most recently overseeing its South Africa and Canada divisions. Prior to joining Iress, he held senior leadership positions at MLC and National Australia Bank, including Group Executive of Advice and General Manager of Sales, as well as Managing Director of Bank of New Zealand’s Investments & Insurance division.
Kelly Fisk
Chief Corporate Affairs & Marketing Officer
Kelly joined Iress in 2017 and oversees a global team spanning external and internal communication, brand, digital marketing, lead generation, product marketing and product training.
Kelly has close to 20 years' experience in marketing and communications, including holding senior roles at Westpac and National Australia Bank.
Sam Wall
Acting CEO, Wealth APAC
Sam has more than 25 years’ experience in superannuation, investments, wealth and insurance, leading teams across product, advice, operations and technical services. He joined Iress from Insignia Financial, where he was the General Manager of Master Trust & Insurance Products. Prior to this, he held senior positions at MLC Wealth, Colonial First State and Zurich Financial Services.
Julia Millington
Chief People Officer
Julia oversees all aspects of our strategic and operational HR activities, including people development, training and recruitment. Julia joined Iress in 2000 and has previously worked for BT and Vertex.
Cameron Williamson
Group Chief Financial Officer
Cameron joined Iress in 2023 with over 25 years’ experience leading finance operations both in Australia and around the world. Most recently, he was at Pendal Group where he spent 15 years as its Chief Financial Officer building out its global business. Prior to this he served as CFO & Company Secretary for Clairvest Group in Canada, as well as holding senior finance roles at Franklin Templeton and CIBC World Markets in Canada and UBS in London.
Alistair Morgan
CEO, Iress UK
Alistair leads Iress' UK Wealth & Sourcing businesses. He became CEO of the UK business in 2024 having initially joined Iress in 2018 as the UK CFO.He brings leadership experience from previous roles at Deloitte, KPMG and Jaguar Land Rover.
Iress Impact
We created Iress Impact in 2017 to give our people and our business a simple way to focus our charitable activities on areas where we can have the greatest impact.
When our people want to volunteer their skills or raise money for individual causes, we support them with 3 days of charity leave every year and our Matching program.
In 2022, we expanded our partnership with Talent Beyond Boundaries, a global not-for-profit that works with governments and businesses to give refugees and other displaced people access to skilled employment opportunities.
