The newly created roles will all form part of the Account Management team, which aims to deliver flexible support and expertise for both Adviser Office and XPLAN clients. Each of these appointments highlight IRESS’ continued commitment to delivering the best possible client support, further reflected in the significant expansion of the Account Management team during the second half of 2015.
Trish Payne and Sunesh Garib are the latest members to join the team, beginning their roles this month as Key Account Managers. Trish has over 30 years of experience working in the financial services industry, having most recently spent just under eight years at Intelliflo. Sunesh previously worked as an Implementation Consultant at IRESS before joining the Account Management team.
Adam Hale, Charlotte Symes and Manisha Gohil were also appointed as Telephone Account Managers in April 2016 along with Allan Clarke, who will lead the Telephone Account Management team.
