Chesterton House is a holistic advice business based in Loughborough, encompassing Financial Planning, Investment Advice, Tax Planning, Accountancy and Legal Advice for high net worth clients. The firm came to IRESS as it was seeking a scalable system that could be configured to meet a range of customer needs, including processes for legal and accounting tasks as well as financial advice.

The introduction of XPLAN will provide a unified technology solution incorporating client management (CRM) and a workflow system, to enhance connectivity across Chesterton’s individual teams while driving efficiencies and controlling risk for the wider business. One of the primary drivers for the business in selecting XPLAN is having the ability to provide an enhanced customer experience by creating a single client view across the business and secure online access for customers.
