IRESS is looking to fill the role of a Project Manager who will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects; whilst ensuring consistency with company strategy, protocols, commitments and goals.


  • Qualification in project management or equivalent
  • Practical knowledge of and 5 years’ experience in both theoretical and practical aspects of project management and related tools within the Financial Industry – preferably in the specific markets within which IRESS operates
  • Core strengths include communicating, influencing and leading across all levels of internal and external stakeholder organisations
  • A team player who never shies away from taking responsibility and being accountable for success
  • Ability to be productive and produce results, autonomously
  • A decisive, critical thinking, pragmatic problem solver
  • Proven skills and experience in:

  3. people management
  4. risk management
  5. change management

  • A strong negotiator who remains flexible and adaptable
