To ensure client security, previous versions of Pro won’t be supported after 30 September 2022.

Frequently asked questions

What action do I need to take to enable this change?

To migrate to the new service, we only require clients to enable their firewall for the prepared list of URLs. Our team will detect when clients have been able to connect successfully to the new service and finalise the migration by configuring clients to connect to this service in the future.

What functions in Iress Pro does this change affect?

There are a number of web-based widgets that are deployed by loading web assets. These widgets include: Security Information, Depth Histogram, Morningstar Security Information, Corporate Action, Iress Charting and Winners / Losers.

How will the change affect my use of Iress Pro?

While the change should be transparent to users, improvements in widget performance and load times should be noted.
