We had to think harder about how we would make this project happen. It was daunting as our delivery model hinged on face to face interactions to solve the many issues that can arise daily during large-scale delivery. In my mind, there was no question that we had to stick to the plan, it was just a case of how. We had committed to our board, colleagues, and customers that we would deliver.
