Free Planning Tools for 2020 - one offer per Authorised User - offer includes Xtools and Xtools Plus for 2020 (£70 pm plus VAT from 1st January 2021)

This offer is available to delegates who book an appointment with the Iress team at ‘Empowering Advice Through Technology’ conference on 30th January 2020.
These terms set out the basis on which we (Iress) are willing to grant you access to Xtools and Xtools Plus. Please note that to access Xtools and Xtools Plus, you will need to take our Xplan product, for which there will be a charge. This charge will depend on the number of Xplan modules you require.
The use of Xtools/Xtools Plus and Xplan product is subject to our standard Xplan Service Agreement and Service Order (“Xplan Terms and Conditions”), details of which can be requested from the Iress team.
Access to Xtools and Xtools Plus will be granted until 31st December 2020 specified in the Xplan Terms and Conditions.
Use of Xtools and Xtools Plus module under this offer is limited to a maximum to one offer per Authorised User.
At the end of the offer period (31st December), you will be automatically transferred to a standard Xtools and Xtools Plus subscription and will be charged the standard monthly rate of £70 per month per Authorised User licence plus VAT). If you do not wish to transfer to the standard Xtools and Xtools Plus subscription, you must let us know in writing by emailing finance.fs@iress.com by the end of the offer (31st December 2020). We will need 48 hours’ notice to cancel your subscription. In the event that the subscription is not cancelled before the end of the offer (taking into account the required notice period), you will be charged the standard rate set out above. Please note that following your transfer to the standard Xtools and Xtools Plus subscription, the notice period for cancelling your subscription will revert to that detailed in the Xplan Terms and Conditions.
This offer is not available to existing users of Xplan and only to those attending and booking an appointment with our Iress team at the ‘Empowering Advice Through Technology’ Conference on 30th January 2020.
Please note that if you use Xtools and Xtools Plus other than for the purposes we authorise in the Xplan Terms and Conditions, we may immediately terminate your access to use both Xtools/Xtools Plus and Xplan.
We do not give any warranties and/or representations relating to Xtools/Xtools Plus or Xplan other than as explicitly set out in the Xplan Terms and Conditions, including any as to the suitability of Xtools/Xtools Plus and Xplan for your business needs and/or as to the functionality of the respective products. We exclude from these terms (to the fullest extent permitted by law) any terms and/or warranties which may otherwise be implied by law.
Our liability in relation to Xtools/Xtools Plus and Xplan is as set out in the Xplan Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in these terms shall operate to exclude or limit any liability which we cannot exclude or limit as a matter of law.
These terms shall be governed by English law (including any non-contractual obligations arising out of this offer) and we each agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
