Terms and conditions - free data migration offer ("Offer")
The following terms set out the basis upon which we (Iress FS Limited, “Iress”) will provide free data migration to customers who switch from CCD (Client Care Desktop - software developed and sold by Synaptic Software Ltd) to Xplan (software developed and sold by Iress):
This Offer is available to existing CCD users only.
To be eligible for this Offer, customers must: a. purchase three or more Xplan Client Focus licences; b. have entered into our standard Xplan Services Agreement and Xplan Service Order (as amended from time to time) (“Xplan Agreement”), for a minimum term of 12 months; and c. pay the charges applicable to this Xplan licence;
The Offer relates to data migration services only (an additional service offered to customers of Xplan), which shall be provided to you free of charge, if the terms listed herein are adhered to.
The data migration services will be provided under the terms of the Xplan Agreement.
The "offer" is subject to a data assessment and generally includes the following data sets: a. client and partner with personal data, b. plans c. user data (which is in line with the standard Iress data migration specification).
If you require additional data to be migrated over and above this data set, please request a detailed analysis to be performed. This will be done on a Time and Material basis.
The Offer is available from 31/08/19 to 30/09/19, and is subject to availability. Iress will not accept any entries submitted after the closing date.
There is no cash alternative to this Offer.
This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers from Iress.
This Offer is only available in the UK.
